Campground Review - St. John's RV Park

While visiting Saint Augustine, Florida, we stayed at St. John's RV Park.

Staff - 8 - Staff we met was nice, but office closes from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Still they had our spot marked out for us, so we were good to wait since we could get parked and set up.

Natural surroundings - 8 - Close to highway, but very quiet area. Next to a pond with lots of trees surrounding park.

Facility Fun - 1 - Big open field to run around in.

Facility usefulness - 6 -laundry, propane and decent wifi for free.

Cleanliness - 6 - area for traveling motorhomes was decent. Bathrooms and laundry rooms are OK, but need a little attention, starting to show wear and tear.

Nearby attractions - 9 - in St. Augustine with lots to do. Close to Jacksonville and Daytona Beach.

Value - 8 - Paid $24.50 a night for a pull-through concrete pad site with full-hook-ups including cable. We used Passport America discount.

Overall - 7 - Not much to do here and place needs a little TLC. Still it was a cheap place to stay in St. Augustine for a night. Humorous story took place here to myself and Tanner. Patsy blogged about it on French Fries Under the Seat.
